1. Inner Canvas Courses
Welcome to our Inner Canvas Art & Craft Course offer. We are excited to have you join us for a creative and enriching experience. Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions, as they outline the guidelines and expectations for participating in our course. You fully accept these terms and conditions upon booking a course with us.
1.1 Course Enrolment: -
To enroll in the Art and Craft Course, you must complete the registration process and submit all required information and fees.
Enrolment is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit the number of participants.
1.2. Course Schedule: -
The course schedule, including dates, times, and duration of classes, will be provided to you upon enrollment.
We reserve the right to make changes to the schedule with reasonable notice.
1.3. Course Fees: -
The course fee must be paid in full before the course commencement date, unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept payment through the specified methods via the website.
Course fees are non-refundable once the course has started.
1.4. Materials and Supplies: -
We are responsible for providing you with the art and craft materials and supplies to produce 1 item of each craft.
1.5. Course Venue: -
Our courses are run from the Crafting Kitchen, this is a home venue. Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.
1.6. Course Content: -
The course content is listed on the course page.
1.7. Conduct and Behaviour: -
Respectful and courteous behaviour is expected from all participants at all times.
Any disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the course without a refund.
1.8. Previous Experience: -
No previous experience is necessary however a good level of dexterity will be required.
1.9. Liability and Insurance: -
We are not responsible for any loss or damage of your personal belongings during the course.
1.10. Copyright and Ownership: -
All course materials, including but not limited to lesson plans, handouts, and instructional content, are the intellectual property of Inner Canvas and Craft Therapy Co.
You may not reproduce or distribute course materials.
1.11. Photography and Recording: -
Photographs and recordings of the course content and participants are not allowed without the explicit permission of all parties involved.
1.12. COVID: -
Please do not attend the course if you have any of the following symptoms: headaches, fever, chills, sore throat or running nose, loss of smell, coughing or sneezing.
1.13. Cancellation and Refund Policy: -
We reserve the right to cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a credit towards another workshop of the same value or full refund will be issued to enrolled participants. - You may cancel your enrolment before the course starts, and a refund, if applicable, will be provided as per our refund policy.
1.14. Privacy Policy: -
We will collect and use your personal information only for course-related communication and administrative purposes.
1.15. Changes to Terms and Conditions: -
We may update these terms and conditions at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
By enrolling in our Art and Craft Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. 2. Inner Canvas Products (Kits)
2.1 Stock Control
To the best of our knowledge the product quantities shown in each listing are correct. Occasionally an error may occur and in this instance you will be notified via email. Items will either be ordered immediately and forwarded on at no extra postage charge, or if stated by yourself via email / telephone a refund will be made.
2.2 Photographs
Every care is taken when we photograph our products to try to reproduce accurate images. Please be aware however that colours may vary on monitor screens.
2.3 Payment Information
Full payment is required at checkout.
Our payments are processed by Pay Pal and Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
An SSL certificate is in place, which allows our customers to shop and pay with confidence on a secure padlock payment page.
2.4 Delivery Information
Inner Canvas uses Royal Mail as their main courier. In the event of a strike, alternative couriers will be used. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot be held responsible for any delay / non delivery or loss / damage of parcels.
Parcels are not considered lost by Royal Mail until 16 days have passed by from the postage date. Check out their terms & conditions at www.royalmail.com
If after 16 days you have not received your order please contact us via our contact page or info@innercanvas.co.uk so we can start a claim against Royal Mail.
Please make sure that all delivery address details and contact information are correct before confirming your transaction. Inner Canvas cannot be held responsible if an incorrect address or postcode is entered.
2.5 Missing Items / Incorrect Order
All orders are checked before they leave Inner Canvas but in the unlikely event that human error has occurred and your order is incomplete or wrong, please notify us via the Contact Us Page or info@innercanvas.co.uk within 72 hours.
2.6 Faulty / Damaged Products
If in the unlikely event your order is faulty on arrival, please contact us within 72 hours to discuss.
We will require the item to be returned, once received we can offer a replacement or full refund.
2.7 Returns
Under the consumer protection law for online selling, customers have a” 14 day cooling off period ” from purchase.
During this time customers may change their mind and wish to return their goods.
Customers must contact Inner Canvas via our Contact Us Page or info@innercanvas.co.uk with their intentions.
All goods must be unused with their packaging intact and remain in a sellable condition.
In this instance as a change of mind is on the customers side, you will be responsible for all return costs. You must obtain a proof of postage receipt. Once goods have been received and inspected at our end a full refund will be issued within 14 days.
2.8 Data Protection GDPR May 2018
Genaral Data Protection Regulation. This Privacy Policy describes how and when we collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from us, contact us, or otherwise use our services through innercanvas.co.uk
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including the provider of the website design package platform. You can reference the Create.net Privacy Policy to learn more about its privacy practices.
2.8.1 Information We Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information, such as, instructions where to leave parcels at alternative addresses.
2.8.2 Reasons we need your information and how we use it
We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
1. as needed to provide my services, such as when we use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support.
2. if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law.
3. as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as providing and improving my services. we use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services.

Information about our customers is important to ensure our business runs smoothly and provides them with a high customer service. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances. These are as follows:
1.Service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies, ( in this case Royal Mail ). We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
2.Business transfers. If we sell or merge my business, We may disclose your information as part of that transaction, but only to the extent permitted by law.
3.Compliance with laws. We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
2.8.4 Retention of Personal Data
We will retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in our Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. All data will be kept for a time period of 7 years.

2.Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where we are required to store data for legal reasons) We will generally delete your personal information upon request.
3.Object. You can object to my processing of some of your information based on our legitimate interests. In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
4. Complain. If you reside in the UK and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
