Inner Canvas is a luxurious monthly subscription box that is specifically designed to help you meditate with your eyes open by
unearthing the healing artist within so that you can focus on improving your emotional well-being.
When you buy a subscription, your card will be debited that day, and then on the 15th of every month for subsequent boxes.*
For example, if you subscribe after the cut off point (where we are no longer able to take orders), you will be eligible for the November Box. if you subscribe before the cut off point you will be legible for the October and November box and will be billed accordingly. In short, our subscription plans renew the month before shipment.
Our boxes are posted around the first week of the following month and is expected to arrive with you 2-3 working days later.
*Please note that if you subscribe in the first half of the month, because we make your kits to order, you may have two payments come out before your first kit arrives.

We have lovingly sourced and packaged some of the premium craft items available, all in one box for you to enjoy! Each one of our boxes has been designed for the beginner to the skilled crafter and they contain everything you need to produce the craft pieces. We want to support you and your learning as effectively as possible so all of our boxes include detailed instructions and accompanying video guide.
At times, you may need a few additional every items such as a ruler, scissors, basic glue, pencil, biro, comb.
We have designed our crafts with the beginner and skilled crafter in mind. For the beginners we always provide an in-depth manual as well as a detailed video guide.
Our kits are designed for adults as some will involve sharp tools and can only be sold to customers over 18 years of age. Parental supervision is required at all times if this is something you'd like to do with your young family.
We have a warm and welcoming community of crafters on the Facebook Inner Canvas Creative Community who can offer support, advice and are always so encouraging!
Absolutely! Our Subscription boxes or One off purchases make beautiful gifts. Your recipient will also have access to the video guides and Facebook community group! And remember, it's not just for the crafty people in your life, our box is a really good way to relax and unwind for anyone! It is fine dining, but with crafts! Simple select 'Gifting' upon check out and let us know if you'd like to include a message which we will hand write and include inside the box to make it extra special!
You bet! You can shop our One time purchases and/or Subscribe, simple add everything you desire in the cart and away you go!
Our boxes are much larger than standard mailer boxes so these won't fit through a post box. We recommend that it's always best to be home to receive your box.
We are limiting delivery to the UK amidst the pandemic. If you are interested in our subscription service and do not live in the UK, please contact us.
Yes absolutely! Sometimes one of our boxes might not appeal. We understand! Which is why you can pause or skip your subscription.
You can log in into your Customer Portal click Manage, then navigate to Subscription Settings, click Pause my Subscription and then Confirm.
You can also send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can do it for you!
You can update your account via your Customer Portal.
- Log in and then navigate to the manage button under the subscription on the homepage and update your Shipping Address and Billing Details.
- Alternatively, log in and then select the Account section from the main page of the customer portal and edit Shipping or Billing details as required.

You can cancel your subscription via your Customer Portal.
Log in and then click Manage, then navigate to Subscription Settings, click Cancel my Subscription and then Confirm.
ONE OFF PURCHASES
Refunds are available for One Off Purchase boxes only. The buyer is responsible for the return postage cost. Please arrange to return your box in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and notify us email@example.com for the return address. You then have 14 days to return the box to us. We require proof of postage. Once the box is received and in order we will happily issue you a refund for the box.
As each box is made to order, we are not able to accept returns for these items.
If the payment has already come out and we have not shipped the box, we’ll refund you. We are unable to refund you if the box has been shipped and therefore unable to accept returns if you fail to notify us.
